Randy K. Sparks has lived and practiced law in Sedalia, Missouri, since 1984. He is married with five children and two step-children.
He is a past President of the Pettis County Bar Association and Sedalia Noonday Optimist Club.
He is a past board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Sedalia, Sedalia School District Foundation and Sedalia Noonday Optimist Club.
Randy is currently a board member and Treasurer for the Sedalia Community Cafe. An organization dedicated to serving meals to the hungry in the Sedalia community.
